Four gauge channels
Each channel is an analog constant-current sink (0–148.7 mA) that emulates a sender. It drives a 3-pin dual-coil gauge smoothly, with no PWM flicker.

Every channel is an analog constant-current sink that emulates the variable resistance of a sender, so the gauges you already own read modern CAN data. Calibrate each channel to its gauge once, map any signal on your bus to it, and the controller does the rest. It even sleeps when your vehicle does.
Most paths to CAN-driven instruments replace the cluster with a digital dash or a full gauge swap. The Gauge Controller takes the other path: any signal already on your bus, mapped to any analog gauge you already own, with a curve you define. No new cluster, no adapter senders, no compromise dash.
Each channel is an analog constant-current sink (0–148.7 mA) that emulates a sender. It drives a 3-pin dual-coil gauge smoothly, with no PWM flicker.
Load a DBC file in the Configurator, pick any broadcast signal on the bus and map it to any gauge with a response curve of up to eight points, including tank-shape correction and non-linear senders.
Receive-only on CAN at 125K to 1M baud, with hardware frame filtering. It reads what your ECU already broadcasts and transmits nothing.
A guided Empty/Full calibration in the desktop app matches each channel to your exact gauge, and the unit stores the result.
On signal loss each gauge holds, parks at a set position or drops its needle to rest. When the bus goes quiet, the unit sleeps and wakes on CAN activity, so it is safe to leave powered.
Gauge Configurator is a free desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux. Connect over USB to load a DBC file, map signals to gauges, shape response curves, run the guided Empty/Full calibration and install firmware updates, all from one place.

The easiest way to update is from Gauge Configurator, which installs firmware over USB. This image is for manual installs and recovery: the USB bootloader flashes the .bin file.
